NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Valentine’s Day is just a week away. When we celebrate, we usually think about buying roses, chocolates or going out to dinner.
But how about celebrating Valentine’s Day with fitness with that special someone. Founder of Fitstyle by Shana, Shana Schneider has a few ideas:
- Go ice skating
- Go for a hike
- Schedule a couple’s massage
- Take a dance lesson
- Take a group fitness class together
Schneider says you should pick something to do that the two of you will enjoy.
