PD: Hartford man arrested for Manchester carjacking

CANTERBURY, Conn. (WTNH) — A Hartford man is facing charges for his alleged involvement in a Manchester carjacking.

According to Connecticut State Police, on Wednesday, officials responded to a motor vehicle crash on Route 14 in Canterbury.

Officials say at the scene, units learned that the car involved in the crash had been stolen during a carjacking in Manchester on Tuesday.

Police searched for the operator who allegedly fled the scene and troopers located him after a track by a K9 officer.

Officers arrested 19-year-old Seth Neborsky for the alleged crime.

He is facing several charges including Larceny and Evading the Scene of an Accident.

Neborsky is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
