NORWALK, Conn. (WTNH)– A Norwalk man was arrested Thursday for allegedly selling drugs to an overdose victim back in October.

Police say on October 8, 2017, at 11:12 p.m., officers responded to a drug overdose in an Uber at the intersection of Grist Mill and Route 7. Norwalk EMS was able to revive the victim before they were taken to Norwalk Hospital for treatment.

Police say the victim was in possession of heroin that later tested positive for Fentanyl.  After an investigation, detectives learned that that victim had purchased the drugs from 23-year-old Kyle Lors.

Detectives developed an arrested warrant and Lors was arrested at his home for assault and sale of narcotics. He was held on a $125,000 bond.
