Lanes reopen on I-91 south in Rocky Hill following accident


ROCKY HILL, Conn. (WTNH) — The two right lanes have reopened on Interstate 91 southbound in Rocky Hill after a truck overturned early Friday morning.

According to the Connecticut Department of Transportation, the truck overturned on I-91 south between exits 24 and 23. The accident shutdown the two right lanes on the highway.

The DOT reported at 4:12 a.m. that the accident has been cleared.

State police say there are no serious injuries.

There is no word on the cause of this accident.
