National Donor Day inspires life-saving organ donations

(WTNH)– Valentine’s Day is the time to give your heart to the one you love but it’s also a great time to think about becoming an organ donor. February 14th also happens to be National Donor Day.

Nationwide, there are about 120,000 people waiting for a potentially life-saving organ donation.

If you are interesting in becoming an organ donor, you can get more information on organ donation and transplantation at organdonor.gov.
