According to police, on Feb. 28, officials observed activity related to drug sales out of a rental vehicle in the driveway of a residence on Turnor Avenue.
Units then moved in and arrested 34-year-old Jonathan Oakley.
Police say inside of the rental vehicle, officers found 1,033 bags of heroin and 12 grams of raw heroin along with 20 grams of cocaine and 17 and a half ounces of crack cocaine. Authorities say they also found 16 OxyContin pills and 100 Xanax pills along with more than $3,500 in cash.
Officials then seized items used to manufacture and package drugs.
Oakley was charged with Operating a Drug Factory, three counts of Sale of Narcotics, and other related charges.
He was held on a $500,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on March 13.
