Downed power lines closes High School Lane in Darien

DARIEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Downed power lines have closed High School Lane in Darien Monday morning.

Police say High School Lane is closed due to wires down on the road. They say Darien High School should be accessible by Norton Avenue or Nutmeg Lane.

Authorities say the high school is opened as scheduled.

There is no word on when the road will reopen.
